This is highly variable. If you have a tight turn around time, we will factor this into both the project quote and our discussions around goal setting and deadlines.

I work at a healthy pace which is highly goal driven. Come to me with your needs, and we can make it happen – within reason! 

In my time doing this work, I have developed a creative process that is tested and effective. 

I have learned how to work with clients in a way which optimizes our time together, and always delivers strong results. 

My process:

Step 1) Fill out my questionnaire

Step 2) I will get back to you with a service estimate. A quick exploratory call may be necessary to discuss your needs in detail.

Step 3) Brand identity exploration consultation. We will spend an hour together tapping into the root of your brand. We start with the big picture, mission and values which matter most to you. From there, we decipher how that translates to the ultimate user experience.

My process is focused on asking the right questions in order to determine the emotions you hope to aspire in your target client. This, ultimately translates to the core visual language of your brand. 

Step 6) It depends on the type of project we are working on together – but I will establish a clear set of goals and dates from which you can expect your deliverables. 

I rely strongly on clear and concise communication! I value symbiotic and meaningful professional relationships. 

Yes – I work within a structure for incorporating your feedback at every step of the process. My goal is to step into your shoes and extract the design out of your brain.

I do this using feedback rounds. This is my way of incorporating your vision with out draining your time or personal resources!

When we begin our negotiation, I will quote you with an allotted number of feedback revision rounds. This allows us to check in at various points in the creative process. 

You get to vote on your favorite aspects, cut out your least, and give me direction on what you want to see more of. All of this feedback gets baked into the next design round. Each time we go through this process, we get closer and closer to your dream website or design!

If you need additional feedback rounds beyond what is laid out in our agreement, we can discuss that. Although, I’ve never needed more than 2 feedback rounds! Listening closely to the needs of my clients is one of my greatest strengths.

Usually I will get back to you within 2 business days. However, this depends on the time of year and my level of availability at that particular moment.
